HERE THEY COME: The nuptials on Saturday of Jeff C. Cobb, wine connoisseur with Garco Wines, and Angela B. Maddox, consultant with CSI (Collaborative Strategies), was shaping up as a synergy of food and medicine. What better way to begin wedded bliss? The wedding party was to include: Freida A. Custodio, Washington University nutrition researcher, as maid of honor; Derek Gamlin, owner of Subzero Vodka Bar in the Central West End, as best man; Aaron Whalen, owner of Bastante restaurant, also as best man; and Andrea Maddox-Dallas, a Ph.D. psychologist and consultant, as matron of honor. The wedding was to be at the Czech community's church, St. John Nepomuk, with a reception to follow at Cafe DeMenil. Local cover band the Ultraviolets and flamenco dinner guitarist extraordinaire Gabie McGarrah were to entertain.
